We simply wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new addition to our home on Wood Street in downtown Willoughby. Quite frankly, it has changed our lives. Nicki and I and our three young children are all benefiting immensely in our spacious and contemporary living room and kitchen. From the design and craftsmanship to the financing details, we feel lucky to have hired you guys.

When we first began thinking about an addition to our old historic home, we were nervous about losing its charm by adding on. We were also concerned (based on what we had heard about additions) that it would be a long, drawn out, nerve racking and overly expensive experience. You guys managed to disprove these myths, and we appreciate the way you worked with us every step of the way and always managed to reassure us through action rather than words!

Each team of workers was courteous, responsive, and detail oriented. From the drywallers, tilemen, and trimworkers to the framers, foundation team, and painters, you all did a teriffic job.

Looking at our addition on your website is testimony to the finished product ,and we look forward to showing it off in person to any body interested in using Blossom Homes!

We researched, met with and priced other Custom Home Builders. Blossom Homes was the only Custom Home Builder that met all of our needs. Reputation, Experience, Quality, Budget, and Personality (yes, it really does matter!).

Let me start off by saying "Thank You" for building us such a wonderful home. We appreciate all your time, patience and understanding through the process.

Brian, you were extremely helpful with your input and recommendations while choosing the different features that would look best in our home. Not only that, you always made sure you were right on top of things to make sure they were getting done and that it was exactly what we wanted. I know we were ‘difficult’ at times but you always assured us that everything was going to work out, and it did.

Tony, thank you for all your financial help. Step by step, you were there to help us in determining the ‘bottom line’. Your referral to the loan officer was a great help too. Had to pull some teeth at times with him but in the end, we were very pleased.

In a nutshell, Brian and Tony, we couldn’t be happier with our home and the way the both of you worked together and with us. You are both very compromising and understanding, prompt and efficient, and most of all, honest and trustworthy. We couldn’t have chosen better builders!

John and I thank you for the craftsmanship, professionalism and punctuality in rebuilding our house. It was not an easy renovation and yet, your crews used their skill and care to transform the house into a beautiful, well constructed HOME.

We received our first utility bills last week. We were pleasantly surprised by the low cost to eat and run our home. Your ability to build a “green” home and awareness of decisions in regards to materials, appliances and heating and cooling made a significant difference in the cost to LIVE in our home.

Having been through two previous renovations, our neighbors and family could not get over how polite and professional every tradesman was. They conducted themselves as gentlemen and left the worksite clean and safe each evening.

Tony was great to work with. He always took time to explain what was happening at the home while we visited with him. He really cares about what he does. It was a pleasure to always deal with him vs. different supervisors with our last build. We fired our last builder and hired Tony to build our home once the foundation was installed. We trust Tony to do the right thing and handle the big decisions.
